Kels is the Associate Creative Director at Caleres, Inc., where she leads the creative vision for the Naturalizer and Dr. Scholl’s Shoes brands. As a mentor and manager to a talented team of five designers and art directors, she thrives on fostering growth and collaboration.

A self-proclaimed process enthusiast, Kels is dedicated to optimizing workflows, empowering her team to unlock their fullest creative potential. Mentorship and leadership are among the most rewarding aspects of her role, allowing her to inspire and guide others daily.

Over the past few years, her work with production crews in Los Angeles and New York City has brought not only invaluable professional experiences but also lifelong friendships and countless inside jokes. Kels prioritizes collaboration with driven, open-minded creatives and embraces every opportunity to create impactful work.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Kels capturing moments with her rescue pets, Samson and Gigi. Recently, she completed a Film Producing course at the New York Film Academy, taking a step closer to her ultimate dream: becoming a creative film producer based in California, traveling the globe to bring compelling stories to life.
