I plan, concept, and manage all photoshoots and assets thereafter, oversee a senior designer and art director, mentor younger designers and lead creative strategy discussions for all platforms. Collaboration is a key part of my role and incredibly important to me. I frequently work with cross-department team members such as sales, product, UX development and e-commerce to drive results and align creative with brand business goals.

My role //

 

In my short time on Dr. Scholl’s Shoes I have overseen a creative evolution to target a younger audience, and now a Millennial Family consumer mindset. I plan + manage all photoshoots and assets thereafter, oversee a senior designer, mentor younger designers and lead creative strategy discussions for all platforms. I also collaborate with cross-department team members such as sales, product, UX development and e-commerce to drive results and align creative with brand business goals.

As of late, I have completed a brand evolution that will launch in early 2023. With the creative direction of myself and my creative directors, I finished a new, elevated & classic visual direction for Dr. Scholl’s. Stay tuned for our new SS23 campaign.
