#EarthMonth started as a social led campaign in Spring 2021.

We wanted to show our audience that not only does Dr. Scholl’s have cute + comfortable shoes, but sustainable as well. During the entirety of the month on our social platforms, we curate that every single day is our sustainable message is attainable, fun and affordable. We constantly are testing the algorithm to better adapt to our audience and always come away with major learnings that we continue to use for future months of planning.

Our materials.

What makes us sustainable are the materials we use to produce our shoes. Water bottles, vegan leather - sourced through the Leather Working Group, rice husks, Bloom Algae, and natural beechwood certified by the Forest Stewardship Council. Not to mention are production practices minimizing impact on the earth through waterless dyeing techniques, recycled one-piece shipping boxes, and to offset our production of CO2 — a tree gets planted for every pair sold through Trees for the Future.
